Two sessions which were well attended were organized for customers. The morning session saw 60 attendees from food and beverages, pharmaceutical and sugar industries and the afternoon session attracted another 60 customers which came from the power plant, electronics and chemical industries.

The objective of the seminar was to raise the LANXESS profile in Vietnam, particularly of BU ION’s Lewatit® products, technology and capabilities. "The LANXESS video and the water video both made in Vietnam language resonated very well among the participants and have definately raise the LANXESS profile and brand awareness," said Mr Minh, from Minh Tam Corporation, a LANXESS dealer from Vietnam.

"Customers already using our Lewatit® products have feedback positively the quality of the product in their years of usage. New customers were equally keen to see Lewatit® being put into their plants. The seminar also presented a very good networking ground for all exchanging experiences,” said Sales Manager for ASEAN*, Mark Seah.

Technical Manager Beryn Adams added, "As the Vietnam market becomes more sophisticated there is a greater demand for knowledge on how to optimize their processes, and reduce their operational costs. It is a pleasure to be able to share knowledge with such an eager and enthusiastic group".
