LANXESS increases prices for ion exchange resins

With immediate effect, the Ion Exchange Resins business unit of the LANXESS Group will increase its prices worldwide for the Lewatit® and Ionac® product groups by five to seven percent – depending on theA energy and raw material requirement for the manufacture of the grade concerned. The reasons for the price rise are the continued high cost of the raw materials and the drastic increase in energy expenditure.

 

The ion exchange resins Lewatit® and Ionac® are leading brands and are used above all in industrial water treatment, consumer applications, catalysis and chemical processes.
